La Pâtisserie 20 is expanding, and we’re looking for passionate, energetic, and hospitality-driven individuals to join our growing café team.

If you love artisan desserts, specialty coffee, and creating beautiful guest experiences, this is your opportunity to work in a premium French-inspired patisserie environment.

Positions Open:
1. Barista

Prepare espresso-based beverages with consistency and quality

Handle grinder settings, milk texturing, and latte art

Maintain coffee equipment hygiene and daily cleaning SOP

Deliver warm, professional customer service

2. Café Staff

Assist in counter service and customer interaction

Maintain display presentation and hygiene standards

Handle billing, takeaway orders, and packaging

Support team during peak hours with positivity and efficiency

We Are Looking For:
Prior café or hospitality experience preferred

Good communication skills

Clean, well-groomed appearance

Team player with a positive attitude

Willingness to learn and grow with the brand
