Lead Barista

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to lead the execution & development of our coffee menu. The role involves preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining consistency and contributing creatively.

Responsibilities-
-Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages consistently.
-Create, test and execute coffee menu items.
-Maintain coffee quality, calibration, and consistency.
-Train junior staff on beverage preparation and workflow standards.
-Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment.
-Assist with inventory monitoring and daily operations.
-Deliver a warm and professional customer experience.

Requirements-
-Prior barista experience in a café or specialty coffee setup.
-Good understanding of espresso extraction and milk texturing.
-Good communication and teamwork skills.
-Passion for coffee, creativity and attention to detail.
-Ability to work efficiently and manage time.
