At BLURB Café, we believe coffee is more than a beverage—it’s an experience. We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Barista who takes pride in craftsmanship, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.

What You’ll Do
• Prepare and serve exceptional espresso-based beverages and manual brews with consistency and precision.
• Maintain high standards of coffee quality, extraction, milk texturing, and presentation.
• Lead, train, and mentor junior baristas while fostering a positive team culture.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and smooth day-to-day operations of the coffee bar.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and coffee equipment maintenance.
• Engage with guests, share coffee knowledge, and deliver outstanding hospitality.
• Contribute ideas for menu development, workflow improvements, and café experiences.

What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in specialty coffee or premium café environments.
• Strong understanding of espresso, pour-over, brewing techniques, and latte art.
• Experience with commercial espresso machines and grinders.
• Leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
• Passion for coffee, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and help build a distinctive café culture.
